OK, you're the second New Yorker to whom I say, Congratulations and Good Luck! Where did that 47 yarder come from? after missing 36? Oh well! I read on Yahoo - "he sprinted straight into locker room while teammates celebrated on the field". My husband said he was just cold, and/or needed to change his pants...

RCTeacher ~ My thanks for the congrats! Oh it was a tough game to watch - I am exhausted from it all to the point where my stomach aches from all of the tense moments! I think the elements were tough on Tynes, and I hope the entire team has lots of tea and cocoa tonight...or whisky...and sits back knowing what a great job they did.

Lovely! I'm so happy our boys won. It was a tough game, yes? But ultimately we persevered. is that the right spelling? Anyway. Awesome Mute Monday pix.

Totally original take! Loved it. But you need to go back to Mute Monday Headquarters and say "I'm Up".

Wasn't this the game won by a field goal at the last minute?

Congrats!

Very, very original take. This was a great game, even if the outcome was less than desirable por Moi (shhh, I'm a Packers/Pats fan). Happy MM!

Foam ~ I hope they all hot lots of whiskey on the plane ride home! I was impressed with their fortitude in the "frozen tundra"!

JavaJunkie ~ Oooo thanks for visiting! Glad you enjoyed the interpretation!

Zoely ~ Thanks for coming and visiting and leaving a message. :) So happy to hear from a fan this morning...yay!

Troll ~ I am thinking, I am thinking...lol. Give me another day to think of a good MM.

She ~ Hello my dear! So glad you are for Eli and Company AND that you enjoyed the interpretation! I loved what you added to your MM today.

Kels ~ Oh yes my love, you are correct! It was a nail biter to the end!

Moi ~ :*( I guess you are rooting for the Pats on SB Sunday?

Aunty ~ Why thank ye kindly!

Searabbit ~ I definitely took some liberties here, indeed!

Cmac ~ Wasnt it awesome? I am taking this rivalry seriously, as I do all NY/Boston matches.

Marty ~ He is, isnt he? I like Eli because he is under the radar and has no ego...a good kid, ya know? Sad that Favre lost, though, because he is such a great guy. As for Brady...may he be crushed!
