They don't make phones like they used to. I blame my Father.(Retired engineer for Wester Electric/ATT)Happy MM.
Love these old phones. And the memory of my own tin can attempts at communication. Happy MM!
I love the second phone (princess phone?) My friend's grandmother had this really ornately carved phone table with a built in seat and a gorgeous phone like that one. I always used to go visit just so I could feel "rich" when I pretended to use the phone!
Ah...I remember those old rotary dial phones (and even my REALLY old phone number - Empire1-2023. Happy MM!
Very cool. I love it. Especially the last one, lol. Happy Mute Monday! =)

The last one never goes out of style...as long as there are kids...Happy MM!
Thanks for the pics! We were just talking about how much we miss the 'old' phones with cords and disks.
I still hold dear the memories of dialing the phone for my grandma..it's really dialing the numbers..and learning to answer and make calls with proper phone etiquette in English..and being laughed at by my mom's colleagues.. (I heard them saying..there's a little English 'missy' on the line).
nice an neat. sorry i am late but better never. please call me on my tin can. thank you.
I want to go back to the days where a tin can phone is the best way to talk to someone...
